A: The battery that comes with the walkie-talkie is Alkaline and cannot be recharged.

However, the product comes equipped with a charging port, enabling you to

recharge the device with Ni-MH battery, which the consumer should purchase

separately.

A: The product comes with a user manual which can help explain the functions of

the buttons. There is no need for the product to enter set-up mode just to adjust

the volume. The volume can be easily adjusted by pressing the volume up/down

button.

Q: Why is the receiving distance short?

A: 16 miles is the ideal distance when no obstacles are around. However, when the

usage scenario is downtown or a suburb, obstacles block the signal, and the receiving

distance decreases to 1 mile. Please refer to the declared receiving distance of

different usage situations on the package or the user manual.

Q: When the battery polarity is reversed, the product becomes hot.

A: It is important to follow the instructions while setting up the battery so that it is

placed in the correct orientation as indicated by the positive and negative marks.

Q: The battery life is too short.

A: The 1.5V AA alkaline battery can support eight hours for a 0.5W speaker. However,

users need to replace the battery with new alkaline or rechargeable batteries when

the battery that comes with the walkie-talkie run out.
